Terms of use
1. Service and acceptance
Wearable Context is a wellness and productivity service for connected health and activity data. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Adults and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting credentials and unlocked devices. In multi-account use, save another person's account on the device only with that account holder's permission.
3. Not a medical device or medical advice
The service is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or other medical decisions. AI output and wearable readings may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass security controls, connect another person's data without authority, transmit malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Availability and changes
The service is at an early stage. Features, provider integrations, and entitlements may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Availability is not guaranteed except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Entitlements and multi-account access
Entitlements determine which features or device-account capacity an account may use. An entitled account may enable access for additional accounts on the device; this does not transfer account ownership or health data between accounts. Entitlements are not transferable and may end on expiry or revocation.
7. Subscriptions, payment, and renewal
The applicable checkout displays the paid plan, billing interval, price, currency, and applicable taxes before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed interval until canceled with the applicable seller before the next renewal. After cancellation, access generally remains until the end of the paid period unless a refund, chargeback, withdrawal, or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Web subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments; Link or the Stripe entity identified at Checkout is the seller and merchant of record for payment, invoicing, transaction support, and refunds. Wearable Context remains responsible for product functionality and product support. StoreKit subscriptions are sold through Apple and are additionally subject to the applicable App Store terms, subscription management, and refund rules. Purchases can be restored in the iOS app for the same Wearable Context account.
An additional subscription does not multiply account allowances. Manage or cancel web purchases through Link and App Store purchases through Apple. On account deletion, non-terminal Stripe subscriptions are canceled where possible; if a store subscription is still renewing, you must first turn off renewal with the store. You may then delete the account immediately, but doing so ends access to any remaining period. Mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal, conformity, and refund rights, remain unaffected.
8. Content and rights
You retain rights in your inputs and data and grant only the rights needed to provide the service. AI output may not be unique. Wearable Context trademarks, software, and design remain protected.
9. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You can disconnect providers, delete chats, or delete your account. We may restrict access for security risks, misuse, or legal violations. Deletion effects and retention periods are described in the privacy notice.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual residence. Statutory liability remains unaffected, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and product liability.
